This is somewhat reassuring for me to read. I read something similar having to do with Obamacare in the LA Times around the time of the election. Even if he acts as radically as I fear, the sheer bureaucracy of the federal government will slow down even the most aggressive GOP plans. The courts, some states, and many groups will also push back hard.
Not to say that Trump and the GOP can’t do some damage relatively quickly and more the longer they are in power, but they can’t simply pass a few laws and undo everything as easily as they are promising they’re voters.
