While I do have some real struggles with the challenges of ADHD, the longer I live with it (I was diagnosed at age 33 and am now 46), the more I learn to appreciate the benefits that come with it. Creativity is definitely a big one!
It wasn’t until my diagnosis and beginning stimulant medication (at first Adderall XR, now Vyvanse) that I was able to harness my creativity and actually do something with it though. Before that, it was mostly frustration.

I’ve rarely met a creative that doesn’t identify with an attention disorder. (honestly it’s a superpower, but first you need to understand it)
