Finally Did It: Started my Vlog on Learning to Thrive with Adult ADD
So Gina Fiedel remember I said that I was going to do this a LOOOOOOOOONG time ago? LOL Well, I finally got my butt in gear and started it. It’s not about SEO or social media or even dentistry (not this series, at least) – just about me. And I guess…a little bit about being the authentic me, right?
I’m also glad, because I will start using this to do short vlogs for my dental practice, too, so a little practice on a personal level is probably a good thing.
This vlog, in conjunction with articles on www.ChipsPersonalLog.com, will chronicle my efforts over the next year or so to learn improved coping skills to deal with my ADD. To learn how to minimize the weaknesses and maximize the creative strengths. To track what works, what doesn’t (for me, at least – I make no claim of being an expert). To be accountable. To share what I learn, and hopefully to learn from others who are willing to share. And hopefully even to have some fun. 🙂
I was diagnosed with ADD 10 years ago at the age of 33, and it was a life-changing experience for the better. But it has still taken years to learn the coping skills that I have, and to achieve some goals my wife and I set together will require even better habits, schedules, self-discipline.
If anyone would like to be in a Notification Circle on these, let me know. These will be semi-regular, probably a couple times per month at most.
